Service & Repair
Hayes Sewing Machine Co is an on-site service and repair center for home sewing machines. We process approx 5,000 machines per year and have experience with a wide range of sewing machine types. We can service basic machines, all the way to top-of-the-line embroidery machines. We are an authorized Baby Lock and Bernina service center. We have 4 technicians on site who take multiple trainings throughout the year to keep up to date on the latest technology and service techniques.
You do not need to make an appointment, just drop your machine off at your convenience. When bringing your machine in, please also bring the power cord, foot pedal, bobbin case, and regular presser foot. General service runs $89. If your machine requires more work or parts, we’ll call you with a free estimate first.
If you prefer curbside service, please write your name, address, phone number, and what you need done to the machine on a piece of paper, and tape it to the machine. Pull up to the curb during our open hours, and we’ll bring it in for you.
We do not work on industrial machines.
